Regarding functionality, there's nothing bad I can say about the app. I can't say I love the interface, it's really easy to use but I think it can be more attractive. Other than that, this app is really is the best so far.

Evergreen Queues, Auto Posting, Multiple Queues, bigger allowance of social media profiles, team collaboration, client collaboration, Analytics. After a ton of research into the best social media publishing platform for my own and my client's social media scheduling, this is by far the best toolbox I have found. It takes a bit of time to set up all the queues you might need but after that publishing is a breeze!
Cons:
You have to bump up to the premier level to get the majority of the features that are important to a Social Media Agency (Client Collaboration, unlimited queues)

Eclincher social media marketing

We are always on the look out for social media marketing tools, to measure, publish and report on, for us and our clients. Eclincher is easy to use and the two great features are the all in one inbox and the autopost, to schedule posts to recur over and over again. This is a great tool when you consider it does the same thing as meet edgar, for much less. The general layout is a bit old fashioned and its a shame the buttons, such as 'like, follow' etc are so small when really you are using tools like this to actually do something. A chrome extension to publish posts is also a seriously lacking feature. Overall though we have so far stuck with eclincher as the most affordable and feature rich tool we have found so far. Its not got everything and we still cant get rid of all tools for one, but its closer than the others we have used.

I love how it makes it easy for me to engage with my audience thanks to the inbox feature. Its simplicity is something I really like, the interface is simple but very easy to use. It has everything you need in just one place.
Cons:
I would love to see it implemented in other social media platforms. Can't wait to use with Snapchat! Besides that, there's nothing to dislike about it.

I have been using other apps like Buffer and Hootsuite, but it just wasn't enoug. With eClincher I have everything I need in one place. easy to use , easy to post ,use buffer in past, which is easy posting, but eclincher give most and best for posting.
Cons:
I think, this app Doesn't have cons. Regarding functionality, there's nothing bad I can say about the app. I can't say I love the interface, it's really easy to use but I think it can be more attractive. Other than that, this app is really is the best so far.

Pre-scheduled social media posting works reliably. You'd think this goes without saying, but it doesn't - I've used some other platforms where pre-scheduled posts don't go out reliably, where either some entries don't go out or they don't go out exactly when I scheduled them. eClincher will get your posts out exactly when you scheduled them and do so reliably.
Cons:
The interface is simply uninviting. It's a case of "designed by an engineer, not by a designer". The interface is utilitarian and you can do what you need to do, but it isn't pretty and it isn't a smooth experience for you as a user. There are other platforms that I'll use instead because they are also reliable *and* they are better from a UI/UX standpoint.

It gives you almost all the functionality of Sprout with a really easy to use interface. The response time is very quick to reply too. Big fan. I ran down the offerings from Sprout, Hoot, Buffer and EC really has all the features the others provided. The UI is so much better than Hoot, it is great you can see. The all in one inbox is insanely good too, it is more powerful than what Sprout provides. I do digital strategy and am brining my next company on EC from Sprout. Much better value!
Cons:
Hm. There were some features for scheduling posts that I wish I could had done differently, but recently they gave me more options. There could be some more documentation. Oh yes and an auto schedule feature would be nice.

Impossible for me to learn

None, I had to choose a simpler to learn software. If I had someone working for me who could handle the marketing full time then this would be the software to use. Since it's me and I have 178 other things to do, it made the process harder and I needed it to be easier.

They tried to help us get the most of the tool and tried to explain things to us more than once. Great value considering how much it has to offer. It is very robust and I can see the value in it but couldn't get it set up to save my life.
Cons:
This tool was very difficult for me to use and every time I tried I became upset and aggitated because it shouldn't be THAT complicated. Suited for people who know social media marketing or people who do social media marketing full time. It is not the best choice for a busy business owner who wants something easy to use. Hootesuite, SocialPilot, Buffer...all better choices unless you are an expert already.
